Our History

Formed in May 1996 as Integrated Software Solutions, the company has specialized in the development of products focused on lifecycle records management for the corporate, departmental and workgroup user. Initially ISS released a Records Management Software Development Application that it designed for resellers and systems integrators with programming and integration capabilities. The rapid application development toolkit was a foundation for developers to create very robust and extensible customized records and information management applications for their customers.

Over the last three years, the company has dedicated its efforts to the development of a comprehensive off-the-shelf, user configurable, lifecycle management solution for managing business critical records and information. Working with a select group of records management resellers of both products and services, the company has positioned its FileOnQ family of products as an easy, logical, affordable and proven business solution designed to meet the unique information and document management needs and requirements of the corporate, departmental and workgroup user. As a result of its success in establishing the FileOnQ brand, and as the FileOnQ family of products have become widely recognized and associated with the company's core business as a leading provider of Records & Information Management based business solutions, its name was changed on March 1st, 2000 from Integrated Software Solutions to FileOnQ.
