As it is with most things in life, seeing is believing. You can read about how an evidence system works, but in order to really understand how user-friendly and flexible the EvidenceOnQ system is, you need to see it for yourself.
Many software companies offer one-sided, pre-recorded demonstrations. We offer personal, live, interactive demonstrations for law enforcement agencies. This gives them the opportunity to ask questions that are specific to their agency. Our evidence specialists, who have specific law enforcement work experience, answer their questions by showing them the EvidenceOnQ™ system and how it would be used to meet their department's unique needs. We also offer the opportunity to record the personal demo so the agency can watch it again or forward the link to those who may not have attended the demo.

- The ease of data entry. Officers no longer have to write out time-consuming, illegible property sheets.
- Elimination of repetitive work effort. The EvidenceOnQ system carries over all the constant information, requiring the officer to enter it only one time. The property room staff no longer does data entry.
- Producing forms and reports: Property sheets, letters, court orders, and other manually developed forms are now produced with the simple click of a mouse.
- A complete and defensible chain of custody, with the printed report designed by you.
- Keyless bar code tracking. By scanning a barcode, then scanning the location where it is going, the system date and time stamps the transaction and requires no computer keystrokes.
- Customizable barcodes. Barcode labels are designed by the user and can be changed easily within the application.

- Capturing electronic signatures for the transfer of release of property, eliminating hand generated receipts.
