Custom Interface Design (Profiling) We are able to customize or tailor your EvidenceOnQ™ homescreen with the fields and layout you require using the built in ProFiler™ tool. The ProFiler™ is a software application that is used to create a user defined EvidenceOnQ™ application tailored to meet your organization’s specific requirements. The ProFiler™ is included as a standard part of every EvidenceOnQ™ install and can be used by you to make modifications at any time quickly and easily beyond what we do for when we are customizing and setting up your system. |

Installation After Choosing the EvidenceOnQ™ to manage your Evidence Room or professional services team will provide a thorough on-site installation based on your needs. Our staff will work with your IT Department to insure that the installation goes smoothly and is working properly when the installation is fully complete.
Upon completion of your system installation, our professional customer support team will conduct a one time free onsite training session for your evidence personnel and system administrators. Along with various types of support based training as long as you are and EvidenceOnQ™ user.
