 Kim Webley
- Founder and CEO
Kim Webley has filled key executive roles in delivering solutions for the
records and information management needs of business and government since 1979.
Mr. Webley is a proven company builder and organizational leader with a track
record of successfully growing the organizations he has managed and lead. Kim
has Received awards such The notational "Organizational Achievement
Award" among industry peers for operational excellence, 'Small Business
Administrations' "Small Business Person of The Year" and the Chamber of
Commerce’ "Small Business of the Year".
 Ali Mohamad
- CTO
Ali has a degree in Computer Sciences and has been with FileOnQ™ since 2000. He
has extensive experience in large-scale enterprise solutions design and
architecture, object oriented technology, and Internet and database systems.
Prior to joining FileOnQ™, Ali was Director of Technology Consulting at
Claremont Technology Group, where he had managed and led many high profile projects including the re-architecture of a
State Treasury system, and designing retail inventory, financial, sales, and
Internet systems.
 Manoj Philip
- Senior Developer
Manoj joined FileOnQ™ in October of 1999 right after graduating from Georgia
Tech with a couple of Masters degrees. Ever since then, his primary job
responsibility has been to work on the development of the core FileOnQ™ product.
He also handles some of the customizations requested by customers as well as
some of the complicated reports they require. Because of Manoj's deep
understanding of the FileOnQ™ product he also provides customer support with
installations as needed.
 D. C. "Ole" Olander
- Professional Services
Ole has a diverse background in operations, business process engineering,
application design and technical support. A former high school teacher and
administrator, he has also taught technology courses at a local community
college. Ole joined the FileOnQ team in 2004 and works in the areas of customer
application design, system installation and support. He specializes in
Professional Services, including data analysis and migration, custom report
writing and creative solutions to challenging business process.
 Bill Dumbleton
- Professional Services
Bill has been providing solutions and professional services specializing in
records and information management since 1990. Prior to coming on board with
FileOnQ, Mr. Dumbleton worked as a successful independent consultant for over 8
years. His experience and technical background allows him to bridge the gap
between the technical IT staff and the software end-user. He has worked with both small and large companies successfully
managing hundreds of projects from initial sale to final implementation and
training.

 Shannon Turner
- Property and Evidence Specialist
Shannon Turner joined FileOnQ as an Evidence Consultant in 2004 after 23 years
in the criminal justice system in Washington State. Shannon began her career in
1981 working for a criminal defense law firm. In 1984 she was hired by the
Benton County Prosecutor's Office and spent 11 years there. She worked in
several divisions, with specialized training and expertise in child victim
forensic interviewing. Shannon then spent the next 10 years as a police evidence
technician and crime scene investigator. While working in law enforcement,
Shannon was a WSP crime lab certified marijuana identification expert and was a
member of the clandestine lab critical response team... More
 Steve Englund
- Property and Evidence Specialist
Steve has been part of FileOnQ since its inception in 1996. Steve has filled key
roles in launching FileOnQ and has been involved in sales, support, and product
development activities. He is responsible for product management of
EvidenceOnQ™, our product offering for the Law Enforcement Market, as well as,
our product offerings in markets such as financial, medical, insurance, real
estate, and government. In Q4 2007, Steve has also taken over sales management
of the MidWest territory.
 Julie Ward
- Property and Evidence Specialist
Julie is the most recent addition to the FileOnQ™ team. She comes to us with over 10 years of experience in business development and software sales to law enforcement agencies. Julie began her career as a Program Manager for a digital mugshot company. After the mugshot company was acquired by Printrak, Julie helped launch DataWorks Plus, LLC, as both a Product Manager for the Digital CrimeScene™ product and as the Director of Communications, managing all marketing activities and sales of the Digital CrimeScene product in the state of Florida. Her most recent position prior to joining FileOnQ™ was as the Director of North American Channel Sales for Cross Match Technologies. Her diverse background in software sales and training of law enforcement is a valuable asset to both FileOnQ and their customers. She is based in Jupiter, Florida; and is the Evidence Specialist for the Southeast territory.
 Becky Harris
- HR/Administration
Rebecca Harris brings to FileOnQ 23 years experience in Accounting & HR
experience. Having supported the organization since inception, Becky's many
office management roles at FileOnQ™ also include Customer/Sales support,
Software & Maintenance Estimates, Customer Database, Equipment Purchasing,
Banking and Investor Correspondence, to name just a few. Becky has loyally
supported both FileOnQ and FileOnQ customers for over 14 years
 Craig Fletcher
- Marketing Manager
Craig joined FileOnQ™ in October of 2007. He has over 7 years of multimedia and
marketing experience and has been the lead designer and web developer for
various companies. He has a Bachelor of Arts in Communications from Washington
State University and Bachelor of Arts in Interactive Media from the Art Institute of
Pittsburgh. His diverse knowledge of technology, design, and media graphics will
be one of the driving forces for FileOnQ's™ future and current marketing and
sales strategies. His primary goal is providing current and future customers
with the tools and resources for a better EvidenceOnQ™ product and user
experience.
