After we help you to determine your needs and how you intend to use our system we begin the customization process. Included as a standard part of every EvidenceOnQ installation, the ProFiler™ makes your system exactly the way you want it. And the ProFiler isn't available just during the installation period. You can use it to modify your Profile screen at any time.
With an easy-to-use barcode label designer that comes with the system, you can create barcodes that include the information and design that your organization requires. In addition, we provide several report templates that will be designed to your agency's specifications. We can generate documents and reports to match any existing reports or paper processes that you may currently have in place. Or we can modify and improve them. All customizations can include your logos or agency-specific branding.

Customize Your ReportsWe realize that no two agencies do things the same way. You may have unique reporting needs beyond what we initially offer. To get you started, we include nine standard and five custom and reports at no extra cost. Your custom reports will have the content, look, and feel you require. They can be updated by anyone with Crystal Reports experience. Most importantly, you can add as many custom reports as you want, giving you all the data you need at your fingertips. Custom Profile (Home) Screen Design
The Profile (home) screen is uniquely designed for each agency to meet its specific needs. Not only is the Profile screen flexible when it is designed, but it is easily changed whenever needed. FileOnQ allows customers to make changes to the Profile at any time without having to ask permission or incur any additional costs.
Our system gives you complete flexibility to design your own barcode labels. Any field or combination of fields from the system can be printed on the label. You can design and save labels in multiple formats for different uses, such as found property labels, general evidence, drug evidence, or gun labels.
With EvidenceOnQ, you can build and save unlimited custom queries. These queries may be statistics—such as how many items came in, were destroyed, or were returned to the owner. The queries may also provide reporting statistics such as crime guns, weapons with obliterated serial numbers, or data for NCIC entry. You can also build custom queries to review unclaimed property, the amount of currency in the safe, or all of the narcotics in the property room. Custom queries are easily built and saved, and then run quickly with just the click of a mouse.
