Setting Retention Codes w/ Batch Update - 30 Min Trainer

EvidenceOnQ version 6.0 allows retention codes to be set using batch update. This class will discuss various methods of setting retention periods in batches rather than individually. The preferred method for your department will be based on profile design, policy, statutes, and workflow. We will discuss each of these issues and provide examples of several options for your agency to choose from.

Drug and Gun Destruction - 30 Min Trainer

This class will discuss large destruction projects from beginning to end with a focus on drugs and guns. It will include destruction orders, verification methods, creating locations to assist with the project, documentation of the destruction, and record keeping.

MobileOnQ Webinar
August - Thursday, 18th - 11am PST
Our new mobile signature capture software has been combined with Motorola's portable PDA to allow for the transfer or release of evidence from any remote location, inventory, signature capture and more.
Topics:
- Remote Item Transfers – Prepare for auctions, stage the destruction of evidence, or move the entire inventory of one location to another.
- Remote Box Transfers – Allows for boxes and their contents to be moved to new locations. This feature can be invaluable for agencies moving into new facilities.
- Remote Checkouts – Take your evidence to the lab and have them sign for it. Release the property to the owner from your lobby or a remote storage location. Have your DA sign for the evidence to take to court. The signatures are captured from any location and synced with the unalterable chain of custody.
- Remote Inventory Audits – Scan all the items currently at the location(s) you wish to do an inventory audit for. The stored barcode scans can then be synced with the EvidenceOnQ database to produce reports letting you know exactly what's there -- or isn't.
