... Shannon received over 400 training hours in areas such as bloodstain pattern analysis, latent print recovery, crime scene investigation, homicide investigation and police videography. Shannon also has over 20 years experience instructing on many topics for a wide variety of audiences: prosecutors, law enforcement officers, civilians, public high schools and community colleges, and civic organizations.

Shannon used the EvidenceOnQ system to manage the evidence room at her police department for two years before joining FileOnQ. She is able to combine her knowledge of the EvidenceOnQ system with her broad experience in the criminal justice system to help law enforcement agencies utilize EvidenceOnQ to its fullest potential. Shannon is able to assess the unique challenges and needs of law enforcement agencies to assist them in enhancing their evidence management. She is also available to assist agencies in preparing for accreditation, rewriting policies and procedures, evidence room moves, and assessing procedures.
