Capture and Log Evidence in Real-time

Users can enter or edit records from any computer with Intranet, or via Internet access, if required. They can even print barcode labels and any of your custom-tailored reports directly from within WebView™. Officers no longer need to wait to get back to the property room to start logging evidence, crime scene photo's or documents. Now it can be done at the crime scene in real-time.

Track People and Equipment

For emergency management purposes, you can create a profile that allows you to track people and equipment at critical incident scenes. As the home screen (profile) is completely designed to the specifications of the individual law enforcement agency and is also specific to the purpose for which it is used. Every field on the database screen is user configured, searchable, and has the flexibility to be changed at any time by the user.

Scene Credentials Check in-and-out

Crime SceneUpon arrival at the command post, the individual will check in and present their credentials, ID, or badge. This information is entered into EvidenceOnQ™ along with that person's specific duties at the scene. A barcode label is then generated and attached to an identification badge issued to the individual that displays their name, their duties, and who they report to. They are now authorized to go to the enter of the scene. The system maintains an unalterable record of the comings and goings of that person from the scene.

Example:

Home Screen Example The top half shows case number, date, location, suspects, victims, etc. This information is entered in to the system only ONE time, and then is automatically carried over each time a new person or asset is entered into the system. This saves valuable time by not having to re-enter repetitive data.
