How it Works

Quartermaster Application
Quartermaster
The retention module in QuartermasterOnQ™ indicates when equipment has to be cycled out, such as pepper spray and bullet-proof vests.

The signature capture module allows officers to sign for their equipment, and then the system prints out a list of what is assigned to that officer and includes their signature.

Customized searches allow for unlimited searching capabilities such as:

  • How many handcuffs are in stock?
  • What equipment is currently issued to Deputy Robinson?
  • What bullet-proof vests are due for replacement in the next 3 months?
  • How many pairs of pants were purchased from Blumenthal's last year

Using the QuartermasterOnQ™ for your Quartermaster needs helps solve the questions of "what does this officer have? Where is this? How many are in stock? When do I buy more?"

In fact, many agencies are using the same database to manage their fleet. It will track when a vehicle was put into service, who it is assigned to, when it is due for service, and or any major repairs performed.
