User Training Training From The Get-Go... Following the installation of your EvidenceOnQ™ system and hardware, we will
provide training for your evidence personnel and administrators. This training
is designed to help answer any questions you may have along with giving you an
overview of the system. Additional Training After your initial training and setup is complete, we provide customer support to provide additional training or answer any questions you may have as you use the EvidenceOnQ system. Our support services are available from 8am-5pm, Monday-Friday. The following services are free of charge with your annual support contract: Toll Free Customer Support: Our Professional Services team is available to answer questions via eMail or our toll free numbers. Online Training: If at anytime you need additional training we will also provide ongoing refresher training sessions via personalized live Web training sessions, which are free of charge with your annual support contract. Onsite Training: We will also be available to come to your location for on site training, we will do so at a reasonable fee. This ensures you are getting the highest value from your EvidenceOnQ™ system and trouble free operation of the system both now and long into the future.
